I tested the sample import code listed under the Direct method heading in Quicken for Mac Deluxe 2018 (version 5.6.3) and it imported the transaction but interpreted the year as the year 007. I then modified line six from the current 'D12/21' 7' and changed it to include a full four-digit year, i.e. 'D' and it imported perfectly.

One question on the setting though: Is the Chinese Civil War ever mentioned later on and does it have any bearing on the story? For a country having been rife with political turmoil and battered by the Sino-Japanese War its position in Japan seems a little too strong.
It's hard to imagine that the war wouldn't happen even with the alternate timeline, since the timing of the Great Disaster should have still et the war damage the Nationalists and benefit the Communists enough for them to engage in a major protracted conflict. Not to mention the heavily deteriorating state of the economy. I somehow doubt the Chinese would have enough strength at the time to even consider taking control over large parts of Japan. (blegh can't get the spoiler formatting for the second part to work correctly so I'll just post it without) But the most major problem with the occupation of Japan comes when you bring in the 'who' into the 'when'. If Nationalist forces occupied Japan before the Civil War became full blown it would end up in a situation similar to Taiwan, where they would just allow the GMD to remain there due to not having the naval forces needed to pursue them (the later issue of US protection of Taiwan would be far more significant for Japan too, since there is actually American territory there).
If the Communist forces tried to occupy Japan after the civil war (i.e. Nationalists did not occupy prior), it would already be far after the Americans had taken control.
A jointly Nationalist and US occupied Japan could create something similar to the spheres of influence in Japan but there would be significantly more cooperation rather than political competition. This happens because the options you chose put you into a route that you have not unlocked. I would recommend using a and using the skip feature to choose a specific girls route. Feel free to not use a walkthrough, but at least know that only Kotori, Chihaya, and Lucia's routes are available until you complete at least one on them. Kotori's route is highly recommended as it serves as a great introduction to the post-common route part of the game, but it would be fine to choose another route if you really want to.
